  • Set and managed the creative vision and tone for the agency’s largest brand, Walmart

  • Managed teams of writers, producers, editors and graphic designers

  • Delivered concepts, presentations, series/season launches, specials, episodics, interstitials, movie stunts, trailers, key art, social assets and tentpole special events

  • Liaised with Ad Sales, Research, Marketing, Social Media, Legal, PR, Programming show creators, show development, production companies, BET News, show talent, and affiliate networks to create promotional campaigns that drove audience engagement across multiple media platforms

Highlights

  • Developed the Tales Season 2 promotional campaign that won a Promax, Silver

  • Led promotions for The Oval, the #1 cable show among African Americans

  • Launched linear promotions for The BET Awards 3 months into the Covid-19 pandemic. The show gained a 3% lift in positivity rating and was named the #2 Award Show on cable for 2020

  • Established creative standards for the Branded Content department which equipped Ad Sales with an additional marketable product and generated a new revenue stream
